Throughout her distinguished career in New York State, Austin Texas and now the Richmond area, Melinda has mastered a comprehensive range of advanced beauty enhancements. Her deep expertise spans precision permanent makeup application and training, medical-grade clinical skin treatments, longest lasting lash extensions and training , expert waxing and training.
